ACHE SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Greetings NAHSE Members,

 NAHSE is pleased to share several ACHE scholarship opportunities with you. Please find the information below for graduate students, Executives and Senior Executives. If you are interested in applying for the scholarships, please note the deadline for submission is the end of March 2019.

 For Graduate Students

The Foundation of the American College of Healthcare Executives established scholarships in honor of Albert W. Dent, the first African American Fellow of ACHE and Foster G. McGaw, the founder of the American Hospital Supply Corporation. These scholarships are offered to provide financial aid to students in healthcare management graduate programs to help offset tuition costs, student loans and expenses. Each recipient receives a scholarship valued at $5,000. The application deadline is March 31, 2019. For more information and to access the online application, ache.org/Students.

 For Executives and Senior Executives

The Executive Program (EP) is designed for the next generation of healthcare executives and middle managers who strive to excel in management and achieve organizational excellence. The Senior Executive Program (SEP) is for senior-level managers who strive to become visionary leaders, guiding their organizations and the future of healthcare.

 The SEP and EP are conducted as a 3-part series, occurring between June-October 2019. ACHE offers a limited number of SEP/EP scholarships underwritten by the Fund for Healthcare Leadership. Scholarships are awarded to individuals whose organizations lack the resources to fully fund tuition. The application deadline is March 29, 2019.
